But when I found out my favorite author, Kit Pearson, wrote one I knew I had to have it! Susana Merrit has always listend to her parents talk abiut war. Her two uncles were killed at war. Now through her brother and father she learns that war is coming, most likely. This diary of ficton touched me. Susana does things unimaginable, and it teaches her of love, hope, but mostly of life and how to live it. 2.
