SheetMusic Plus Frequently Asked Questions Q. What is the price of an iREWARDS membership? A. iREWARDS costs $20.00 for an annual, individual membership. Seniors and teachers pay $10 for an annual iREWARDS membership; however, these discounted rates are only available in stores as there is no way to verify teachers or seniors online. Q. How can I change my language preference or opt in to receive iREWARDS e-vouchers? A. iREWARDS customer service can change language preference or opt in to iREWARDS e-vouchers. Otherwise, you can request this change in store and the store will forward your request to customer service. Q. How do I buy an iREWARDS membership on chapters.indigo.ca? A. It's easy - just go to the main iREWARDS page, click the Buy Now! button and follow the instructions. Once you purchase your membership, you'll automatically be given a temporary membership number so you can start saving and collecting iREWARDS points right away! Q. What do I do when I receive my iREWARDS card in the mail? A. You'll receive your iREWARDS card in the mail within approximately 2 weeks of purchase. Once you receive your permanent card in the mail, be sure to replace your temporary membership number with the number printed on your card. From our home page, click on the "Account Centre" link, located at the top right hand corner of the page. You will be prompted to sign into your account; simply log in with your email address and password. Once you have signed into your account, go to 'Your Settings'; point 6 includes your iREWARDS membership information. Simply replace your temporary card number with your new card number, then click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of your page! And you're done! You can now use your iREWARDS card both online and in all our stores - enjoy! Q. Can I use my iREWARDS vouchers at any of the Indigo family stores? A. Yes, you can now redeem your vouchers at any of the stores in the Indigo family - Indigo, Chapters, Coles, SmithBooks and The Book Company. If you enrolled in the iREWARDS program through our website, you will now receive your vouchers via email and they can be used to purchase anything on our site. If you purchased your membership in store, you can opt to receive e-vouchers by contacting customer service at irewards@indigo.ca. E-vouchers are redeemable online only and paper vouchers received through the mail are redeemable in store only. Q. What are the changes to my loyalty program if I was a member of the Chapter 1 Club/Indigo Circle/Avid Reader program? A. You now enjoy the benefits of your membership at over 250 stores; you save 10% everyday off the purchase of regularly priced books, audio books and books from our in-store Bazaar/Bargain sections and earn 1.5 points for every dollar spent on regularly priced products. A. 1.5 iREWARDS points are earned for every dollar spent (exclusive of applicable taxes) on regularly-priced items and Bazaar/Bargain Books. Points are not earned on the membership fee, gift certificate purchases, beer and wine purchases from the Indigo Café, and sale items (e.g. 30% off Bestsellers). Q. How do I get my discount when shopping in stores? A. All you need to do to receive your discount is to provide your iREWARDS membership card. We swipe it at the register, and your discount is automatically applied to all valid purchases. Q. How will I get my discount when shopping online? A. To receive your discount and collect points when shopping online, sign into the "Account Centre" from the link located at the top right hand corner of every page. Your discount and points will be automatically applied to all valid purchases. Q. Do customers maintain all of their accumulated iREWARDS points when they renew their card? Would there be any circumstances where they would lose their points? A. If a member renews before the expiry date, any outstanding points will be carried over. If a member renews after the expiry date, any outstanding points revert to zero. Members will know when their card expires by the expiry sticker affixed to the back of the card. Members (with a valid mailing address) will also receive a renewal notice approximately 1 month prior to expiry. Q. Who are our partners? A. We regularly partner with other businesses to present exclusive offers and value-added opportunities for our iREWARDS members. Past examples include Telus Mobility, National Ballet of Canada, and National Post. Q. What do you do with the information I give you? Do you give it to others? A. Your privacy is important to us.
